How can I preserve your cookies?

Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 5 days. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can warm them up in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 180C for 2-3 minutes.

If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 180C (out of the package) for 4-6 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.

At The Brbi Bakery we do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.

Please note that in our production area we process wheat, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.
