Shipping & delivery schedule
We bake and ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Your order enters our bakery queue and is baked fresh on the next bake day, then shipped the same day with Swiss Post Priority, which typically delivers next day across Switzerland.
Allergens & cross-contamination
We use standard flour (gluten), eggs, dairy, and nuts in some cookies. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee it. Please use caution if you have allergies.
Storage & reheating
They stay fresh in the sealed bag for 5+ days, about 1 week in the fridge, and for months in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the bag or warm them: ~2 minutes at 180 °C in the oven or ~1 minute in the microwave.
